Please fill out and sign the appropriate registration form before arriving for your first class. Children will not be allowed to participate in class without a completed form.

Please email us to reserve a spot on the guest list for the class of your choice. Just email us your child's full name, the date and class they would like to attend, and a contact number at paykegym@gmail.com. We'll place them on the guest list.
